The origins
Founded in Turin by Giuseppe Miroglio to manufacture tower clocks for bell towers.
International recognition
The Duke of Aosta tests a clock built for the Argentine Biological Institute in Buenos Aires.
New headquarters
New production site in Turin, dedicated to expanding operations.
Into automotive
After the war, production of components for the automotive sector begins.
Miroglio & C. Srl
New company name, reflecting an evolved corporate structure.
First photovoltaic system
First 19.80 kW photovoltaic installation.
ISO 14001
ISO 14001 environmental certification obtained.
Miroglio & C. Spa
Transformation into a joint-stock company and ISO 45001 safety certification.
